Keep dry.

Storm around the corner.

I'm loving both of my photography classes. The only thing is, its very time costuming and you have a lot of homework. My homework works your brain and you patience :).  But besides that I have caught a lot of cool things. I will keep posting some of my work, but remember its a working progress.

This is a storm coming towards Palm Springs. I sat by the side of the road for about and hour waiting for the best shot. After going thru hundreds of photos, these are some of my favorites.  Enjoy!

Best invention EVER!

Wave your hands.

Like you all have seen this Lysol automated soap dispenser on commercials and store everywhere. Well here I am testing it out and seeing if this is really worth the money. I purchased this at my local walmart for around $10. It was a little started kit, included automated soap dispenser, batteries and 2 soap bottles. So far this is the best automated thing in my house. As you all know we cook a lot of chicken and the last thing I want to do is touch anything while handling the chicken. So far this is worth every penny. The only thing is, I wish it came in stainless steel (so it can match my kitchen).
Best cooking guys!  :)

Chicken Lovers!

Zesty BBQ Chick Chick!

Inspiring vegetarian....
It has been about 8 months since I cut red meat completely out of my diet. Red meat never really sat well in my stomach and since it takes a few weeks to completely leave your system, I could not imagine making my body work so hard to break it down. All that is really in my diet is poetry, seafood and tons of veggies. My goal is to hopefully one day be a full vegetarian but for now this is a healthy start.
Due to out new healthy living I have to be innovative with dinner since poultry can get a little boring. So I came up with this Zesty BBQ Chicken. (ps. BBQ means the hubby helps you with dinner)

You will need:
Chicken Legs
1 Lemon- Juice and Zest
1 Orange- Juice and Zest
1 Lime- Juice and Zest
2 Large Garlic Cloves
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Half of Onion
Spices such as seasoning salt, Garlic Salt, Chili Flakes.
Large Zip-Block

Put chicken in zip-block.
This you will be working with.

Zest Orange, Lime. Lemon

Spices

Add all zest, lemon-orange-lime juice, spices, Chopped up garlic, chopped up cilantro. A a bit more flavor add bbq sauce or a creamy dressing. Shake up and marinate min 3 hrs max 24 hrs. The longer the better flavor.

Hubby time!  Toss on BBQ and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

(a bit expensive) Which will help me in my blog, photography classes and my ultimate goal a great portfolio for my hairdressing career.
So now its time to set the goals!!! and save some money. I will show you how to do DIY's and save some cash$$ while always having fun.
